Making A Purchase Just browse our Catalogue and click on the 'Buy' button of any items that you wish to buy. This action puts the item into your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

You will receive an AUTOMATED response acknowledging receipt of your order. WE WILL NOT SEND YOUR ORDER UNTIL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED.

We accept credit and debit card payment, bankers drafts, cheques, and postal orders in Sterling or US Dollar equivalent. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

PAYING BY CARD. You can NOT enter card details online. Please send them separately by telephone, fax or post, but NOT by email for security reasons. If we already have your card details, your order will be processed and sent.

We accept Visa , Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, and Visa Delta. We will charge for any item only when it is ready to ship. Your payment slip and invoice will be sent with the parcel.

PAYING BY CHEQUE. You will be notified by email of the total amount including postage and packing. Cheques should be made payable, and sent, to Baha'i Books UK.

Shipping And Handling We weigh the parcel, calculate the postage, and add 15% of postage for packing. The MINIMUM charge for postage and packing is £1.50, so please bear this in mind when you are placing an order.

Delivery Schedule Delivery in the UK is by Royal Mail 1st class, 2nd class or standard parcel, or 48-hour delivery by Parcelforce. Delivery outside the UK is by Royal Mail airmail or air M-bag depending on the weight. We will normally send goods on the working day following receipt of your order if we have your card details, or the day following receipt of your cheque.

Back Orders We are currently not offering a back-order service for items that are out of stock.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, no V.A.T is chargeable on Books. For other products, the price shown includes V.A.T. The V.A.T will be shown on your invoice.

Credit Card Security For security reasons, you will not be able to enter your card details online. Please send card details separately by telephone, fax or post, but NOT by email. See contact details below.

Remittance Terms All orders from individuals must be paid in full with order, including post and packaging.

Credit accounts with organisations have to be agreed in advance of ordering. Our general terms are payment 30 days from date of invoice.
